Realtor Information
As a visiting Realtor obtaining information, it is important to note the following:

Ask your seller if they have made additions to the unit they have for sale, or were granted any limited commons exceptions, by the WCA BOARD. These exceptions become the new owner's responsibility to repair and maintain. Some examples of these are sunrooms, decks, ornamental plantings, storm doors, and patios. These are just some examples and not a full list. The unit seller is obligated to supply this information, to a potential buyer.

(By law, all WCA documents are required to be given to a prospective buyer with a minimum of thirty (30) days to review them.)
